I Had originally lost the cam cap, but i located it. 300 shipped anywhere in the U.S.

I got this from a customer. The bottom end had a rod knock, All journals are in good shape. the head is complete with coils, and valve train and valve cover.
head $500
manifolds $40 each
injectors and rail $40
ecu $100
harness $100
valve cover with coils $60
take it all for 700

so i have to buy the intake manifold as well? i live in toledo ohio how much do you think shipping would be?not really interested in manifold btw but let me know what you can do for me i think we can work something out here

now would you be willing to sell me just the throttle body for 40?im sure the shipping would be ALOT less is why.. i just really didnt want intake or to pay shipping for intake thing must weigh 30 lbs..
