actually, i guess i will make this my farewell germany post now that i have my own thread. who would have thought..
i would like to say thank you to everyone that has been here and there for me and my family over the last two years. germany has been great. i have learned that the american vdub guys are definitely on line with the euro counterparts. as with all american dubheads, i had this vision of greatness coming over here.. i leave a little let down. the scene here in the immediate area is slim. the people have been great, the friendships, the enemies, and of course the late night garage thrashing to get projects out the door. i will be in my house until the 4th of december. that is when the tools get shipped. with that being said, if there are any last minute alibis contact me and we will get it done. my family is already gone so i have nothing but time for you guys and your cars. as most already know i have long sold the Lysholm GTi and my Audi Coupe. the times spent with both and the help some of you gave me will not be forgotten. since the days of turning wrenches at European Import Performance to the few swaps we did here i have met some really good people. those staying behind know that i will always answer your IM's and my book of knowledge is always open. it just sucks having to go back to the dreaded Golf IV forums... i will send current pictures of the turbo R: when i get to texas. she has been in a slumber for two years and it never snows there.. look me up.
