Contacted RocketChip. Hopefully they'll have something that works for me...that isn't super expensive.

yeah i tend to speak only when i have something really stupid or something really intelligent. i guess i learn more from reading than posting.

and its not half as long, like three months after i joined. im feelin a new sn soon tho so i gotta try to change it or just get banned and make a new one.

Called up a buddy and we worked from 11 to 6, stopping around 2 for a tool/food run and again at 5:30 to find a 30mm socket. We couldn't find one.
Everything is disconnected, we just have to disconnect one of the CV shafts according to the Bentley, then drop the old trans out. New one going on shouldn't take as long.
We were too busy doing work for me to bother taking pictures, so I'm sorry if anyone was really looking forward to a DIY on how to replace your automatic transmission.

Oh, we didn't want to leave the trans up on a hydraulic jack all night, so I stole the scissor out of my dad's Nissan and threw it under there.

try ace hardware, thats where i found mine. oh and you wont be able to get the axle out. trust me, its a pain with it in the air. you should just unbolt the balljoint and strut and remove the driver side axle and hub as a whole with just the tierod attached.
