i'd ship out of country but you would have to cover the ridiculous cost of shipping.. so i prefer to ship in the USA. because i know it will probably cost over $100 to ship these out of country.

i've had 2 sets of valeos now, i bought these thinking they we're going to be different then my others but they weren't.. so it wasn't burn't bowls.. so i'm just going to my ecode housings now and selling these. but thanks.
Does this really look like halogen light output?
