This is my first time owning an Audi and i have a 2000 S4. I've spent the past year rebuilding the engine and doing some upgrades which include, intercooler, KO4's, Silicone hoses, APR bi pipe, clutch, flywheel, replacing sensors and any other little thing that starts to go out at 120,xxx. this summer im looking to upgrade the Fuel system, exhaust, and ECU. I would like some input on what type of fuel injectors, fuel pump, do i need to replace/upgrade Fuel pressure regulator? What MAF should i upgrade to. Ive seen lots of exhaust systems out there. What would be the best bang for your buck. any thing else i should be doing. Any input helps.

you should get a fueling kit company from a tuning company. the kit will come with all your fueling needs and a custom tune. I would check out VAST.

you dont need to upgrade your fuel pump with K04s but it is still a good idea. i went with the 034Motorsport drop-in Bosch 044 pump.

for exhaust, i would check out the SSAC turbo back for the best bang for your buck. there is a group buy going on right now for the cat back section.

go with a tuner package for fueling

either Vast or EPL seem to offer most competitive packages although you get more with Vast so that would be who I would go with.

Having said that, I pieced my kit together myself and purchased Maestro tuning suite @ eurodyne.ca and I am a happy camper. Sure it came out to about the same as Vast/EPL solution but I can tune my car myself and I am NOT at the mercy (and $$$) of tuner for tune revisions.

My kit currently consist of 85mm MAF housing (EPL aluminum model, 034 sells similar housing as well), modified stock airbox, RS4 accordion hose, 60# Siemens Deka injectors (swapping soon to Bosch 52# Ev14s), Walbro drop-in fuel pump, stock FPR and Maestro tuning suite.

VAST offers lifetime revisions on their tunes.

If i get the APR ECU will that take care of the fueling software or will that have to be separate? or will the VAST take care of everything.
fueling and software are two different things.. the VAST kit will come with fueling and the ECU upgrade. Dont go with APR as it is overpriced and a pretty mild tune.
