i love monty's
Doesnt the mk3 tank not have a fuel pump? or does it do away with one of my pumps. I know it does one or the other.

I do need to do that ASAP so i can start daily'n this

without knowing much about the details...from here looks like a great deal.
Its an 8v Golf GTI. Clear title, and I only have $350 invested into it sofar. no damage anywhere and only slight rust on the rear fenders.

MK3's have a single in tank pump.
Car looks like a good start...
So when i do happen to put a mk3 tank in this car, It would do away with what..

Nice car,looks like a good project  2.0 16v or VR ;)

why half ass and put a used pump in a transfer pump is 250 and intank is like 70
A used pump is not 250. A NEW one is. I havent properly diagnosed the problem yet. Washing the car as we speak as well as reading my Bentley that is right in from of me ;)
because his broke status probably....
Deffinetly.. at least until next paycheck... Bills man... Bills....
Nice car,looks like a good project  2.0 16v or VR ;)

This will be going on as soon as I get the head back from the machine shop to be re-mann'd

Shaving everything, bumpers, panels, antennae, door handles, rear badge, and side trim.

will be rolling like this until I can pay for a full respray.

going to do this car right. 100%

only going to seat 2 ppl. rear seats will be non existant. going to strip all this crap sound deadning here soon. about to spend some serious hours on the car.

fuel pumps are either here or on the way. soon to be my running daily. Long enough right?
