Do you know how much lower it hangs? I'm looking to put a bike rack on mine, and the lower it goes.. the lower the rack goes...

Not sure what you are referring to as hanging lower. The Curt hangs below the exhaust and so lowers ground clearance by about 2 or 3".
The one I have, the Draw-Tite, sits above the exhaust (make sure it is installed correctly) and perhaps has lowered the exhaust as a result by as much as a 1/4". In other words, it is really no different from stock.
The hitch itself comes straight out so that the bicycle attachment sits just below the bumper.
A picture would be much better when I get the time.

In that thread people complain about it rattling. I haven't had any issues. But I went to a place that specializes in installing hitches and I'm glad I did. It was $245 installed (hitch + installation) and I'm happy with it.
By the way, the 1Up bike rack is fabulous, but expensive.
