My shipment from TM Tuning FINALLY arrived. Tee hee...

After two consecutive delays and shoddy customer service, I finally have it. Once I get home and can actually open it, I'll post pics of the stuff and the install process.

Ordered:
1. MKVI LED tail lights w rear fog.
2. Non-auto Euro headlight switch
3. LED 70mm DRL driving lights for install in fog light position.

More to come....

P.S. It took just over 9 weeks in case anyone is thinking of ordering from them. Arm yourself with patience and make damn sure your order is 100% correct otherwise you'll get no help from them with issues. They routinely took more than two weeks to respond to emails if at all.

My Golf R Bumpers and Skirts took 4-5 months. They were sometimes slow with responses but always got back to me and were extremely helpful when the order came and pieces were missing.

As luck would have it, the shipment is missing pieces. FML

The headlight switch didn't come with the shipment nor is it even mentioned in the manifest. Of course, TM Tuning's staff is unresponsive. The likely solution will be to ship me another so I get to wait another 9 weeks for the headlight switch that I ordered.

Seriously, avoid TM Tuning. What a P.I.T.A.

god damnit really...? What shipping did you go with? I asked for the fastest and they did air freight. Don't really feel like waiting that long.

regular shipping. a lot of the pieces were on back order from VW.

I did regular shipping. Fastest was almost a quarter of the price of the order..no thanks. Seriously, this is just blowsville. Thinking I should prob just order one from a US company and try and sell TM's when it gets here around Christmas. Oh well, LED on the outer tails and stock on the inners doesn't look so bad, but still rather pissed.

I ordered a customer license plate from them and not only did it show up almost 2 months later, it looked like the painting was done by a 5 year old. HORRIBLE customer service. Won't give them another dime

Finally got a response from TM Tuning on the 9th that they didn't send the headlight switch. They promised up and down to send a new one on expedited shipping at their expense the following Monday, the 12th. They just emailed me today, the 20th that they have processed my order and will ship it "soon".

To experiment, I ordered the same switch from ECS tuning on the 14th. It got here today before TM Tuning would even acknowledge they have processed my order.

Son of a....
