JUDOBRIAN color matched boost guage review.....

I installed the VDO led kit JudoBrian is selling today. Very easy install, with easy to follow instructions. Id say it took me about 5 minutes from start to finish. The color is perfect. Wouldnt get any closer if even VW made the guage themselves. As far as brightness, could be brighter, but not bad. The way i have it set up everything from 5psi-25psi is lit up perfectly, which is all that really matters to me anyways. This weekend ill play around with led arrangement to see if i can get a better spread of light. All in all I must say that Brian did a great job with this, and would reccomend the kit to everyone. every picture of a guage with blue lights magically appears to match the OEM cluster. Even the blue leds from newsouth appear to match in pictures . . . guess we all just have to buy it to believe it.

ButteroJ, do you have the Plus version that requires two extra holes to be drilled?

No, I was the first person on the 'tex to have these, and when I bought them there was no PLUS version.
