Thanks for the feedback, but i must ask why? Its a mk4, i dont know if this info would pertain to the mk6 unless you know something i dont. And i bet ya maybe 1 percent of those who gave feedback knew this.

I'm gathering this is not the site for newbies to ask questions.

I'm amazed how rude some people are while some are so helpful. I'm very new to working on these cars and absorb any info I can when reading here. But I have to go through a ton of flaming to get through it. Sad cause this place has tons of good stuff.

It reminds me of a site called pbnation.com. Lots of good stuff w more flaming. :-(
Mostly young teens to early 20s.

I just don't understand the rudeness. We all start at the beginning as a newbee in hobbies at some point.

I even saw a sticky about people's behaviors.
Now my turn to be flamed. :-/

most of us probably did know, and fir those who didn't, they likely know how to look at their rotor and determine if it is vented or not. Like I said, your mom should

Dear noob,

So everybody knows, The GLI model does NOT come stock with 256X22 vented rotors on the rear. It is a factory option. One more time, FACTORY OPTION!! The Car does NOT come from the factory with vented rotors on the rear unless u pay for that OPTION! Dealerships are pains in the ass, anyone who reads this, your better off RESEARCHING and figuring it out yourself. You can do, its easy and you will save money and gain knowledge at the same time..Its a win win
Please explain how anything in the post above is relevant to today's mk4 owners.
