I just walked into what I think is a good deal. Someone bought a 2012 4 door manual 6 TDI and decided it was too small and returned it after a week to buy a CC (weird jump, hunh?)

So it had 800 miles on it and I got it for 22,000.

Parted with my MKV Rabbit but got a good amount on my trade.

Pretty happy.

That's an amazing deal. I found an used one, same type of deal. Person bought it couldn't figure out how to drive a stick and returned it with 500. They still wanted over 24k for it so I passed.

Congrats!
Haha. I wouldnt have paid more than $15k for *that* one. They couldnt drive stick, but figured they'd learn on a brand new Golf TDI? hahahaha. Bad idea to buy that up. I drive stick very well but still found the brand new clutch very temperamental to get right, at the start.

Anyway, congrats on the deal and enjoy your Golf TDI! I'm sure you will! :)

I will, thanks!

Your right too, the RPM levels, odd power band (comp to gas) the soft clutch, and soft shifter very unique set of shifting patterns. I've driven manual from the start and this is the most different experience I've ever had in any car. But its damn fun. :D
