Hi guys, Ok i have a ton of question so any help would be extremely appreciated.

My car has 150,000 miles and I planned to put a set of eibachs on my stock struts, im guessing this is a stupid idea. Am i correct?

I installed a hi-flo cat and weapon r intake and i hear alot of pressure in my exhaust, time to get a cat back? im not saying the hi flo and intake get me high hp but theres a big difference in power and alot of pressure it seems in my bacbox. Also after installing my intake the car seems quick at low speed low rpm but not at high rpm, i hear my diverter when i let off the throttle at low rpm but not at high. Hmmm. One of my breather hoses is broken and may cause this but im unsure.

Also that little trip computer doesnt work, ive read a few posts but people dont really go into a great detail.
Thanks in advance if you can answer any of my ridiculousness

I second the streetlines I have them on my 1.8t, they're a good bang for your buck type thing.

That intake might just be making your boost a spike a little less and its a little better spread out. I just blew a breather hose recently and couldn't feel a difference in how my car performed.

get coilovers for ~$350-400. and get a downpipe off ebay, catback after that

not sure how to fix the trip odometer, maybe you will need a new instrument cluster

Ok thanks for all the replys guys, i will definatly look into getting a set of streetline coilovers for sure, much appreciated for the help. Secondly my intake can cause a boost spike? Thats good right? lol. Anyone suggest the best kind of intake for our vehicles, i heard hps but cant be that much of a difference if i get the intake inlet hose for it. Hmmm.
. Next step downpipe off ebay? Any particular size and I heard stuff on ebay cracks alot, I drive like a maniac and just recieved a ticket today lol. Dont want it cracking as its my daily driver :(.
Im doing the ecs transmission mt fluid and magnetic drain plug. Probably a full service next month. You guys have any other recommendations?
THANKS FOR THE HJELP PREVIOUSLY

get a downpipe from the ebay seller A2r inc or speedy racer. they wont crack. also order an intake from option racing on ebay, i had that along with a Forge TIP and it made an awesome combo

Hi Big Tom thanks for the info,

Will the downpipe make me remove my hi flo cat?
Also The TIP I heard are really good, especially the ones that have a wire mesh based inside the silicon, I will be sure to buy one as Ive heard not only good things about this product, and if you also recommend it I will sure to get one!

not sure what street lines run or how low you wanna go..me and my gf both have rokkors on our golfs (mine is a 2.0 hers is a 1.8t) and they honeslty ride awesome for I think we paid 280 shipped. if you wanna go super low maybe something else but i have my fronts down the whole way and the perches out of the rear and i love it and it rides fairly decent for being on the cheap. power wise i think youd be better off spending money on software and a down pipe.

Oh damn $280! thats super cheap, low really isnt my main goal, i would mind a 1.5inch, just that las vegas roads suck ass and theres always a huge dip on the road, at the moment my car bouces a little too much lol. So the downpipe is going to remove my cat? I have a high flo at the moment so it just remove that and a straight pipe goes in its place?

really tempted to get a ebay downpipe...but heard mixed reviews
^^^ a2r inc or speedy racer

How much for the coiloverS?? :)
Also im tempted to get a downpipe but obviously its going to cause me an engine light to flash or bad emmisions etc etc unless i get a chip tune.
Big_Tom a2r are not longer in exhistence they have changed names to topspeed-pro1-performance
Thanks for the info!
