are the bolts ball seat or conical. I can't tell from the pic.
Ball seat.
No, the stock hubs are just over 10mm, so the spacers would need to be thicker in order to extend the hub.
10mm longer than stock give or take a 1 or 2mm, whatever NGP matched up for the thickness of the spacer.
