Adams rotors

If the stock rotors are 13-1/2 and the ones you got are 12-1/4 they will not work:(. They might be from a GTI so I would call who you got them from and see about sending the right ones

I'd say you were dealing with somebody I wouldn't deal with ever again, even if they fix it for you.
Mistaking a GTI for an R32 is just :banghead: and I would never go back to them on principle alone.

^ yeh...either that or he ordered them without verifying first.

curious, who is said "third party" you mention?
we only wholesale thru a SINGLE distributor in the US for VW applications and a handful for overseas countries...otherwise we ONLY sell direct.
do you mean "second hand" purchased from a private party I assume?

Puchased them on ebay, paid via paypal

Listing and description stated:

Volkswagen R32 drilled and slotted ADAM'S ROTORS
Also MEYLE semi metallic brake pads Front and Rear

Also besides the fact they were completely wrong,(Diameter and thickness) Also the rears were not vented like oem, and he sent me two sets of rear pads. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I am not happy about this but i hope to get all of my money back for these and have him pay for return shipping. I should have just purchased from a forum member:banghead: but $300 free shipping seemed like a good deal, apparently to good to be true.

Sorry man, but on a Bespoke item like ARs you gotta go to the source or an authorized dealer; anything else you are playing russian roulette :(

Fight him through paypal and Ebay, get your money back, then PM remembertofocus and get them direct from the source, Adam is easy to deal with and will take care of you with the right product :thumbup:

Here's where I got them from, as you can see I never used them. The only time they were out of the box is when I photographed them. If you say they don't fit, then dbc performance sent me the wrong thing.
I was not aware of that, again, I never used them. I got these brakes before I ever got the car, then decided not to get the car. I do know stock r32 rotors are not vented, and the ones I sent are indeed vented,
contrary to what you wrote. You will get your money back when i recieve the rotors back. I will not be paying return shipping.

I had told him the rears were not vented... meaning internal fins, he must have mistook what i had said

I don't think i should have to pay return shipping as everything was incorrect.

bite the bullet, pay for the shipping back to the seller, get your REFUND and THEN give him one nasty NEGATIVE feedback. that will more than make up for the shipping...everyone on the planet will see that and think twice about dealing w/ that seller. i know i would =)

X2 ^ it may be the only way to get your $$ back it won't be all but it won't be a complete loss either. Good Luck!
