RIP my First car

was coming to a stop light behind another car, stopped, not 10 seconds later a Panamera slams into me pushing me into the car infront :mad: :(

car in front was fine, panamera had some front end damage, as you can see theres my golf in the middle :(

i already filed my claim with his insurance, im pretty sure its gonna get totaled out, anyone elses opinions?

Time to milk out insurance money, also looks as if people were taken to the hospital, hopes everything is well there:)

me and my dude had to be pulled out, my neck and back are killing me, also have a concussion, same for my boy.


air bags didnt deploy for some reason. had both our seat belts on.


im 90% sure its gonna get totaled out, saw some coolant leaking also :(

how does the total out process work? like what value do they give me?

thanks for the words.

Not an insurance guru or anything, but I'm pretty sure they go upon Standard Presumptive Value on your year and model and cut you a check based on that value, which is pretty high for MkIVs... Get yourself a GLI or 1.8T GTI as a treat to yourself and a tribute to your Golf :heart: :thumbup:.


Get some rest man, that looks like it was a hell of a hit.
