:banghead::banghead:I change the coil pack and idk what else could it be will someone give me some advice.
Easiest thing to try next is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the ECU then let it go through TBA (Throttle Body Adaptation) and see if it resets itself to a lower idle. Takes hardly any effort at all so it's an easy thing to attempt.:banghead::banghead:I change the coil pack and idk what else could it be will someone give me some advice.
Same hereMy car idled high when I had a bad coolant temp sensor. It thought that my engine was always cold so it would raise the idle to warm up the engine.
186535miles. Haven't put the timing chain kit on yet. Still has beltsHave a straight pipe shouldn't give you a lumpy idle.
If it's not a vac leak, old timing chains can do it. How old are they and miles covered?
