Idrive a (2.OL) MKIV golf. Since i lowered the car using sportlines my front right cv joint have been rubbing, so i bought a 2002 vr6 gti swaybar becasue the vr6 has a totally differnet suspension then the 2.0. Maybe it will sit higher so it can take this rubbing away,anywayz i spent $40 for this sway and don't want to spend $340 for a aftermarket one. What do u guys think????

I believe the dimensions for the vr6 swaybar is the same as the 2.0L so you're not going to get the clearance you need. If you have limited funds and don't want to buy an aftermarket sway, look into adjustable endlinks. They run for around $50 and freedom design sells them.
