Oem bracket, oem rear center console, aftermarket armrest (couldn't tell the difference, leather top black lower. Has both armrest tilt and storage lid tilt functions. Aftermarket armrest also has small 1/2" grommet in the bottom thats perfect for running ipod/phone chargers discreetly under the armrest and thru the rear center console for a clean oem look.
