Less than 10k miles on it but has play in it so the seals are probably shot from sitting in storage.

$250 shipped FIRM, local shop quoted $289 for rebuild so essentially you could have a $1200 turbo for half price after a full rebuild and balance.

Manifold is for an 8V engine, it was on a friends mk2 ABA turbo setup. Manifold can be included for another $100.
