Need help with a problem - throttle stays on

Golf, 1991, 51kW (PN, Pierburg 2Ee carburetor)

Problem is, throttle stays on. Even when in gear, it will just accelerate, because the throttle valve (?) stays on and the throttle cable will be loose. The problem was fixed for 1.5 weeks after I changed the broken oil pan coolant hose. Can't really find a solution, any one maybe can help me out?

if you disconnect the accelerator cable from the carb will the throttle valve open and close fully? does the rpm stay constant or increase/decrease?

you either have an issue with the carb, the cable, or a vacuum leak.

try disconnecting the accelerator cable and starting the car. if the problem persists the issue is carb related.
