How much would shipping cost to miami? And also are all the wheels the same width?

My adapters were $400 shipped and no the wheels come in 8.5 and 9.5

Yes we have the 4x100 to 5x120.65 adapters in 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm. They are $190 per pair plus shipping and FL residents have sales tax.
correct, you can get both 8.5 and 9.5. but not all sets came like that. some sets are all 8.5 like mine, others are all 9.5, and some are staggered. all depends on the year of the vette they came off of.

I really liked these wheels at one time, but everytime i see these it reminds me of some kid with a shocker sticker and rusted hood 
Buy adapters from chris lane hes the man!!!
And when you find them double check the sizes i ended up with a set of 9.5" all around and then had to find 2 8.5" to make them look proper. Not really a major deal especially when there so damn cheap but Just more of a pain...
