I'm considering getting it if it runs good etc.. For 1800 it's not a bad deal. What are some cheap mods to do? I asked if any engine light etc on they said no so we will see. Doesn't mean it runs flawless but if it does like I said, a good deal.my mk2 needs work but if I can get this, I'll most likely sell the mk2.

I just picked a 04 2.0 5speed with 240k. Flawless body and perfect leather interior that just had a timing belt and water pump done for $2400. I bought it for parts but just for reference.

Seems like 1800 is a good deal then. Any cheap mods I could do to it that u guys recommend? I know it's all personal preference but I would just like to get a basic idea. Also, if I decide to get a set of rims, what's the lug pattern

not to be a douche, but that fender coupled with the fact that its grey cloth, crank windows, and depending on the mileage/maintenance I bet you can get it cheaper.

Didn't even notice the crank windows. Lol. How much you think I should offer? It's been on since the 24th I can always throw like 1k or 1500 at me and see what they so. It will be cash all 100 dollar bills lol.

you can offer whatever you want, thats the power of being a buyer with cash in hand. myself, I wouldn't pay over 1k for it unless it has low mileage. but I'm not from your area and don't know what cars go for there. but you can always offer low and go up from there if the seller is really determined and you think the car is worth it.

I'll be honest, the regular window aren't a big issue for me, I always had **** luck with power windows anyways. I'll take a look at it and go from there.

with these cars it's more about maintenance records than features. if it's been well maintained and you just want it as a daily, then don't let crank wondows hold you back haha
