fuel pump Q

My cars cutting out while driving when im getting low on gas and leads me tk believe its
The fuel pump. My car has 170k miles and its.stage 2 software with a k04 001 in at the moment
I was wondering if this is a oem replacement and will be good.for my tune and turbk giving it proper fuel pressure. I kno thats what injectors r for there coming soon. Or.if i should just get a fuel pump.from the junkyard .

NEVER get a fuel pump from the junkyard. There is mostly likely old gas sitting inside the the pump. See if you can find an APR fuel pump or an r32 fuel pump.

If you dont want to pay for an upgraded fuel pump then get a VDO fuel pump.

And what exactly is a vdo pump

Have seen plenty of K04 setups run on the stock fuel pump just fine. At the mileage your at it's not unusual for the pump to go out.
We have both Meyle and VDO available
