Large Strut Caps?

Hey,
I just purchaced a set of used Nuespeed A1 Lowering springs from a friend... i am looking to put them in my '81 S but they require a larger strut cap, the part that mounts between the spring and strut bearing... Where can i get these and how much will they cost? Was there any vw's that came stock with them?? Thanks!

sorry, its early.. they are Neuspeed springs... not nuespeed

i have some at home,, if you want em make me an offer.. i can ship anywhere you are.... and just to be sure.. its the older style caps for the A1 rocco ..if so,, I GOT Em...

Hey Jason, I checked a few sources already (incl. Scirocco Parts Pete), have one more (Daun), so far I've come up dry. Anything pops up, I'll let you know.

I have a pair from our '78 (which I upgraded to the later style springs), but I never thought anyone would want to retrofit backwards ;-)
I'll need to check on their condition - I used one for a sort of battering ram type function recently.
Worst comes to worst, the dealer should have them, as they were used on all 1975-1979 Rabbits & Sciroccos . . .

Ok, im gonna check with the dealer today to see if i can get some NEW ones for a decient price, but i find it had to believe that it could beat 10 bux plus shipping... I will let you know, but im definatly interested! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
