I'm not talking about exterior stuff like a kidney grille. I'm talking about characteristic INTERIOR features that an automaker has (or had) across their lineup.

1) Toyota digital clock: Toyota puts one of these in all their cars, no matter how out of place it looks.

I remember all of GM's automatic vehicles of the 80s/90s/00s having shifters that were tilted aggressively forward when in Park.

Be it a Cavalier or a Corvette.

Ironically, MB and Lexus have started adding them just as Infiniti is removing them.

GM used this stalk, or some version of it for about 20 years

Ford must have used millions of these little hump shifters on automatic transmissions. I think they started around the mid 60s, and even most Fox body Mustangs still had them.

Back in the day, these were across a huge range of cars for quite some time. The tools were amortized over millions of units.

A lot of Porsche's have tachometers in the middle and ignitions on the left (or opposite side of the gearbox). I don't know if all of them do, but most of them.
