You should have no problem with the fit. I believe you will need a vagcom to reset the airbag warning from disconnecting the battery and removing the front seats. Also, depending on if you have heated seats or not and which seats you get there may be some wiring to do for that functionality (pretty sure it's plug and play if the options are the same between cars.
