Meh. not a fan of Kia/Hyundai. Sure lot of features, and really not bad, to pretty darn good styling, but dull drivers. But who knows? They seems to learn fast. Koreans may have fastest update cycle of any car company. They'll eventually get the handling nailed too.
Too bad VAG doesn't import the SEAT Leon ST to the states, or at least use it's designers on the GSW. That thing is a slick looking wagon, although, I can't say I love the front end. Has a little bit of a Suzuki look to it. But the rest of it is sweeeet.
As far as design, seems like 'net reviews of the pre MK7 JSW/GSW mention a "saggy looking rear end". I don't see that. I think visually what's wrong with this car is too much front end overhang. If the front wheels were say 25 to 50mm more toward front, it would look a lot nicer IMHO, I'm not sure the MK7 looks all that much better, but I do think it's a better car by using the MQB platform. Less weight is always good.
