G60's with euro belts...need help

im having a lil trouble getting the latch onto the seat....
it has that pin thing to align it on the bracket but i cant get it to aling with the new latch unit.
also when it seems to be in the right position it seems a bit high on the seat

guy in canada had a wrecked green 91 G60 which i was getting the fender off of and found he had a seatbelt kit for sale as well so i nabbed it

I got it all together and it works great but the latch seems to be 2-3" to high on the seat...no biggie just wondering if thats the way it should be

some pictures I have seen, it is higher up then our standard latches. mine is kinds level with the bolster of the seat, the non motorized ones i've seen stick up a little.

im a skinny mofo so having it up that high it comes across my stomach....so im gonna yank the seat agian and redrill the mounting hole on the latch so its like 2 inches lower
that and i need to find a euro center section also

my hand brake is like that too cuz one of my calipers is stuck and i dont know how to fix it..once it worked then it got stuck and since then it's been like iceman's

oh no its just that high cuz i got the mk3 calipers and havent adjusted the cable yet....well that and im parked on a steep ass hill right now
guess ill adjust it if i ever find that center part

Welp hacked down the latches so they are now at a safe height for my skinny ass
also adjusted the ebrake...which was odd...one of the cables was fully adjusted back and was still 1" longer then the other one

.....anyway added a few nuts in there and its much better now
BUT now my damn seats wont fold foward all the way cuz the seat bracket hits the latch now

so gonna have to yank the seats again and trim the brackets
