Looks like it's the type that returns to E when the car is off, so it's just out of view in that picture. What happened to the gas guage's needle? Or am I blind?
:laugh:Wrong. That's a VW TSI/FSI with 100K miles
FTFYWrong. That's a VW TSI/FSI with 10K miles
Ride, noise, and handling are fine, so what would be miserable about it for one person driving long distances on the relatively small amounts of fuel that it uses? What a miserable car to drive that much.

No, he had a tax writeoff of $408,555 (assuming your calculation is accurate) only if he had the income to offset it (around 100K a year if he does 200K miles a year). Which I'm assuming if he drives 16 hour days 5 days a week he would. Either way that would amount to at best a 35% income tax savings so really only about $143Khes made $408,555 (minus maintenance) off of the mileage alone!
oh, ok, I guess I read it wrong. I know when I use my car for work my company pays me the $.55/mi, but I guess if he is a contractor for a company he only gets to write it off for taxes. No, he had a tax writeoff of $408,555 (assuming your calculation is accurate) only if he had the income to offset it (around 100K a year if he does 200K miles a year). Still nothing to laugh at because I'm sure his actual cost per mile is less than the 50 something cents the IRS allows.
Yeah, that's definitely the better deal since you get the .55/mile tax free vs a deduction that's only worth 20-40% of that :thumbup:oh, ok, I guess I read it wrong. :thumbup:Isn't this the same fiesta that was posted before? It's nothing new.
