Led cob 9003 /H4 headlights in NY

These are brand new just tested to see if they work and they sure are bright as hell.. Brighter then H.I.DS they are 4500 lumens each bulb and only 45 Watts each as well.. I paid $45 so I'm taking 10 dollars off the price. They have lil tiny ballast on them and the bulbs have fans on them to run them cool.
