Is this a high flow throttle body?

I found this intake and throttle body in my garage when I cleaned it out. I know it's off of a rabbit but the throttle body looks different and the larger butterfly meassures about 48mm. anyone know what I have here? Also the idle screw is on the back side.

It looks like a mk2 throttle body. So yes and no. It's probably as good as a Neuspeed A1 throttlebody.

neuspeed t/b for the a1's were the same as the a2 t/b. according to the performance vw mag i got sitting next to me...

To find out you would have to take measurements.
Here is a pic of a stock trottle body from my Fox on the left and the neuspeed one that replaced it on the right.

what are the meassurments? how much difference is there?
