Question about the foam cannon. Do you still need to wash by hand or just use the cannon and let it sit and then rinse?

I just bought this one. Cheapest Home Depot has. While i'm sure its not the best quality, it does the trick of washing my car just fine so far. You can safely go a little higher pressure too from what I've read.

I have the Ryobi 1600 from HD. I got it on sale for $80 a month ago. Works great for washing the car. Haven't had a chance to test it on anything like decks or siding however I live in an apartment so it really only needs to clean the car. I probably will end up upgrading the hose that it comes with. I also have the foam cannon from Amazon, and again, works great for what I need to do.
