Audi has taken the wraps off the brand new A6 Allroad and (in Europe) it comes complete with a V6 Diesel engine, a modest lift, and the body cladding we all know and love. First introduced in 1999, the A6 Allroad takes the A6 Avant we all know and adds more off-road bits to combine the svelte...

Tired of lifted off-road wagons pretending to be SUVs almost as much as you're tired of SUVs pushing the station wagon to the wayside? How about one that's Audi A8-based. With a W12. Yeah, we thought that would get your attention. Castagna Milano is an Italian carriage builder that creates...

In this age of uncertainty, survival means being prepared for the unexpected. Are strange men in Russia reading your emails? Is Clean Coal actually cleansed with Holy Water? Most importantly, is Climate Change an elaborate hoax by Polar Bears? If not, is it really caused by humans? We're here...

One of the changes we've been prepping to perform to our Project B85 allroad is a swap to silver mirrors. In a rather klutzy bump in the dark fashion, I ordered MY2014 S4 mirror caps and realized they're shorter than the allroad, with a different shaped LED display for the Audi Side Assist...

Will and I recently headed down to APR. While there we drove their Golf R Stage 1 (S3 equivalent) that was really impressive, but what grabbed my attention was this K04 E85 development allroad. Apparently all allroads have the E85 2.0 TFSI and this car was pretty bonkers. I filed a report, but...

So we've just picked up a new allroad that we're going to be doing a project series around. The main photo galleries and installment stories will run on our blog but I figured I'd start a build thread for more discussion about the car, what we're doing to it or what we even have questions about...

Those of us lucky enough to live in the middle of nowhere (or certain southern cities) are well acquainted with the act of "rolling coal."  For those less fortunate, rolling coal is when a large diesel truck (or small car) accelerates and dumps a massive plume of black smoke into the air.  More...

Road and Track Magazine has published photos of an A4 allroad (not the one above) caught winter testing in the States. R&T points out the US-spec bits on the car such as the amber corner markers and US plate holder at the front. They also confirm the car had a speedo in miles rather than metric...

Photochopper extraordinaire Theophilus Chin is at it again with an A7 Sportback allroad quattro. That's a long name for certain and we're guessing chances for such a car are slim but it's interesting to consider nonetheless. Check out more images of the concept after the jump. Full Story

We've found several sources for more next-gen Audi A6 images today so we've decided to post them all together in one update. Seems C7 A6 mules are making a regular commute down photographer's row and we all get to benefit from the tidal wave of photos. Also interesting amongst the links below...

You might remember Theophilus Chin from previous render posts we've made. Chin posts his work on his blog (linked below) and even publishes some in major magazines. One of his latest creations is the above very mildly facelifted 2011 A3 Sportback converted to theoretical allroad spec. So...
