    It looks like the flex pipe on my exhaust has failed on my 2008 Rabbit (CBTA), 157k miles. I'm looking at my options and would like to hear what others have done. Some genius at VW made the most expensive part of the exhaust (catalytic converter) and the part most likely to fail (flex pipe)...

    anybody know what the best or cheapest way to trick my oxygen sensors into thinking I still have cats is? seen some stuff about using spark plug non fouler fittings to move the sensor further away from the actual exhaust but idk how reliable a solution that is.
