I just did the ATF change on my eurovan. Messy but not difficult.
Europarts-sd for the best price on the Pentosin ATF and the filter kit.
You don't need vag-con for this, just run the engine for a few minutes, through all the gears briefly, till the pan is warm to the touch- (35-45 C)
I used just under 4 qts.
