hi, searched for this.... anyway i peeked underneath my brother's 95 golf and did not see the drain plug for the transmission. the fill plug is on the side, just as it should be. thinking back i only was looking at the bottom of the longer part of the case for the drain plug. i never peeked at the diff area; is the drain hole on the bottom of the diff? the car is 45 miles away so i can't look again.
