Clutch pedal went to the floor. Pedal cluster and cable are good. Reaching into the bay, I could life the release arm by hand up to 10:00 position so I figured the actuation finger was broken. Removed green end cap to find actuation finger is good, but there is a gap b/w the finger and TO bearing. Here's some pics showing the gap.

What is keeping the pushrod and TO bearing recessed? Is the clutch/PP bad or is there some type of obstruction not letting it come back to resting position?

Once you're sure the finger is indeed OK, it's time to pull the trans and inspect the clutch parts.
While the trans is off, check the pushrod for play in the bushing and replace the bushing and seal if there is play in the pushrod. Have the bearing supporting the other end of the pushrod when you check it for play.:thumbup:

When you say "the finger isnt broken" do you mean in multiple peices? They usually crack around the splines at the shaft, and jump teeth on the shaft. Use brokes site, and remove the shaft and inspect the finger for cracking. might save some effort in removing the trans. Possible button though.
