everytime i but down my driver window is make an obnoxious sqeaking noise....WTF

this happens a lot when i roll down the passenger rear window. I talked to one of the service people at my dealer but they couldn't replicate the sound. (of course). it squeaks the whole way down and bugs the hell out of me

Wash the windows inside and out, dry with a clean Micro-Fiber towel.
After they are dry, wipe them with a new, and dry Micro-Fiber towel.
The problem should be resolved.
Set the Micro-Fiber towels aside, and reserve them for the windows only.

I apologize if this is considered thread jacking, but I don't think my question warrants its own thread.
Anyone ever notice when you roll your window down on a 2 dr. GTI using the "one touch down" feature that the window doesn't roll all the way down the first time? It almost does, but it's like it rolls down almost all the way and then if try to roll it down more it disappears the final 1/4" into the door. Why was it engineered to do this?
