well i had my 08 gti for about 5 days now, and the first 2 days the sat radio works now its out of subscription..does the 08s come with a 3 month free ?

It sure does. I had a similar problem, actually just 20 minutes after I took delivery, and I simply went back to the dealer and had them sort it out. I know they called up sirius and told them the issue and I think they may have faxed (or sent somehow) the date of sale receipt. In turn, Sirius gave me 3 months "free" trial.
