I plan on swapping a 1.8 16v from an 87 golf into my 83 rabbit GTI. I'll be using euro injection w/ the CIS-E ignition (dizzy, control module, knock sensor and knock box). I'll be switching the fuel dizzy to the passenger side. My question is this: How will I hook up all my vacuum operated accessories with this setup? I want to be sure that the fuel vapor canister and brake booster work correctly as well as the air bypass valve. Any thoughts or personal experience?

damn, I just tore one apart. It was ugly, I should have taken a picture, you would have laughed. It had a big fabricated POS tube from the TB to the drivers side airbox, cause the owner was to cheap for the scirroco intake and didn't take the time to do it well with the passenger side airbox....

I saw a picture of that setup. Pretty bad. I guess you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
