No one has broken a stock one yet. Until we see consistant failure of the stock components, I see no reason to tear down the motor and start screwing with it. Unless you plan revving very high, there's no reason to replace the stock rod bolts anyway. You could run a zillion pounds of boost and that still creates no additional negative forces at exhaust TDC if you're only revving to 7000rpm.
