12.3" tt upgrade with WE wheels

Anyone know if the 12.3" rotor upgrade will fit under the 16" BBS wheels that come on the Wolfsburg jetta?

I don't think so. Mine are 12.5. I can't use my old snow tires cuz there 16". I have to use my stock 17" rims for snow tires.
