Do 15 inch steel wheels fit a CC (will they clear the brake caliper) ?

I have no clue but I wonder why you would go with that small?

I'm running 16-inch in harsh winter conditions on Nokian winter tires.
I wouldn't go smaller due to the size and weight of the car.

In 16 inches, with the soft tires, the car becomes heavy and the ride isn't that so fun but at least I can dig into snow and I'm not slipping and slidding on ice.

I'm also running 16'' on my Golf Wagon and it's perfect.

Just get oem 17s and put some snows 16 are small not to mention 15 on cc. I

I am trying to reuse my 15 inch steelies with snows, from my B5.5 Passat. A 15 inch wheel, with a tire that gives the same overall diameter, and has an adequate weight rating is fine for the CC.

16" is the smallest rim that fill fit over 312mm brake setup.

Thanks for the answer, that was what I thought, based on some rough tape-measure measurements. I guess I will be selling these 4 steelies, with nearly new Bizzacks, in the Classifieds.....

I'll order some MSW type14 alloys, with 215/55-16 Bizzacks from Tire Rack......what's another $1000....??!!!
