Did VW ever make a 15 inch rim 4x100 for the golf III , I need a set for my girl friends car.

Well... not an OE wheel (except for the aftermarket "OE" ones you could buy through the dealer) but you could throw on a set of 15" G60 wheels, 15" GLI wheels or 15" GTI BBS wheels... I like all those the best.
