hi i'm dropped 1.25 inch what rims should fit better 16 or 17 will iether of them rub???

I have 16's on my cabby with the same drop and no rubbing... Many people here will say 17's (and sometimes 16's) look out of proportion on a bunny.... I agree that 17's are too much rim and too much trouble on a bunny.... 16 is as high as I would go....
Just make sure you don't get too wide a tire, or the wrong offset wheel....

Personally, I would put on 15". You accellerate faster. But 16" shouldn't rub at all. 17" will be too much for you car to push, using too much power; plus, they have a higher chance of rubbing. Between the two, go with the 16"

I have 16's on mine and I wish they were 17's but on the rubbing, I don't know, but I have seen many people with them so if there is rubbing it must be easily fixable. If you like the look of big wheels I'd go with 17's and if your only after handling and ride comfort go with 15's. 16's are stupid: you get a half as$ good look with poor ride comfort. However my handling kicks but.

I've got a 60mm drop and 16x7 rims with no rubbing and there is still plenty of room for 17s

I would say get 16 or 17 if you plan on not having anyone sit in the back. if you want to haul your friends around get 15's

205/40/16 16" with 40 series tires...no hook up problem.
