16v with Saab Distributor ?'s

What Saab distributor do you use when putting a 16v in with CIS? Does it work with the 16v plug wires or do you have to make custom ones?

I came across this in a thread a couple weeks ago, 82-82 Saab 900-8v. I haven't checked this out for myself so I'm not sure if it's accurate.

It is actually 82-85. I have used it, no problem.
