While I've got the engine out, any suggestions for things to do to improve forced induction performance?
I'm not looking to put in forged pistons yet, just smaller things.
Mild polish? arp bolts?

I'd reccomend arp head studs and con rod bolts or similar items. Also a mild port and polish wouldn't be bad. Port match your manifolds while you're at it. Why aren't you going with forged pistons YET? Is it money? If you're planning on doing them sooner or later... I say do it sooner and don't ever worry about having to take your motor apart again. If you don't want to go with forged pistons, I'd say... get your pistons dished to drop compression so you won't have to worry about stuffing more than one gasket between your head and block. My $.02...
edit: I said domed instead of dished at first.
