16v hot starts!

why is it that after running my 2 litre , i shut it off and try to start it back up and it turns over very slowly , too slow to start? , i have heard people talkin about it before bt never heard a remedy , any comments appreciated , thanks

Starters on VW's are poo.
Maybe a bad ground.
Maybe your car hates your.

There is something about the voltage droppin way down in the wiring when it is hot. There is a relay repair that can be done to take power directly from the battery to the starter.
