Depends on the company, but it can be a number of things.
It could be a port and polish (very likely)
valve job (possible)
sportier cams (possible but not probable)
Quality of work also depends on the company. Some companies are better than others, but headwork usually goes for $500-$1000. More expensive for more stuff, obviously... especially cams.
