Trying to figure out what wires go where. I have a four wire ICM solid green, white/green, solid black, and a brown. I know the brown is a common ground but im not sure about the others.

Try looking through this thread, and also through the Carbs, ITB, and SEM forum.
Knock box + ICM wiring diagram?
Most of the drawings in the above thread show a yellow wire instead of a black wire, but the diagrams in the various posts should help you narrow down where the wires go.
